Caramelized Mango
An easy to make dessert made with mangoes that will satisfy your craving for ice cream toppings. For an extra delicious finish, drizzle some balsamic on top! Chef Ravi
Caramelized Mango
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. mango, sliced can use frozen too
- 2 Tbsps Secolari Allegra Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tsps brown sugar
- 1 to taste rv Secolari Blackberry Balsamic or fig balsamic
Instructions
- Heat a pan. Add Secolari Extra Virgin Olive Oil and mango slices. Stir-fry for a 30 seconds.
- Add brown sugar and cook on a high heat till the mango slices are a nice brown color.
- Serve with ice cream and top it with a Secolari Balsamic of your choice.
