Garlic and Peanut Chutney

Chutneys are a nice finishing touch to part of an Indian meal, such as appetizers, rice dishes, roti, bread, and toppings to main Indian dishes. Beef Boulette with Eggs Nestled in Tomato Sauce

Moroccan cuisine is among the ones I love the most, it is colorful, particular, and delicious. Here is a “tajine kefta", a traditional recipe that includes meatballs, tomato sauce with some spices, and lastly the eggs are nestled in with the cooked meatballs and tomato sauce. Definitely a hearty, sophisticated, yet simple dish. Chef Alba

Patè of Green Olives

Pâté of Green olive is rich in flavor and texture attained by the union of the best Green Olives with a high-quality extra virgin olive oil. It’s an excellent creation used as an appetizer, over a bruschetta, topped with ricotta or mozzarella, tossed with pasta, over grilled vegetables, in quiches, to garnish sandwiches, or simply as an accompaniment to a tomato or in a potato salad.
