Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 lemons Zest only
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup italian parsley minced
  • 1 to taste Secolari Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
  • 1 to taste black pepper
  • 2-3 tbsps Secolari Lemon Olive Oil
  • 4 (3-4 ounces each) skinless white fish
  • 1 lemon juice only

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the grated lemon zest, grated parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Season the 4 skinless fish fillets with salt and pepper. Cook in a large skillet with oil for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Turnover and sprinkle with the crumb mixture on top.
  • Transfer to small baking pan. Bake until golden brown about 5-6 minutes. Remove from oven, add a drizzle of olive oil before serving and the juice of 1 lemon. Serve warm.
