  • Secolari Smoky Chipotle Rub enough to coat meat

Veggies-finely shredded

  • 3 lbs. white cabbage
  • 3 lbs. shredded carrots
  • 1 lb. julienne onion
  • 3 lbs. bean sprouts
  • 3 lbs. broccoli
  • 1 lb. spring onions
  • 3 lbs. green beans
  • 3 lbs. snow peas
  • 3 lbs. asparagus
  • 3 lbs. red cabbage

Vinegars-choose any one from

  • Secolari Ancho Pepper Vinegar
  • Secolari Pacific Spice Vinegar

Oils-choose any one from

  • Secolari Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • Secolari Lemon Olive Oil
  • Secolari Jalapeno Olive Oil

Waters-choose one or more or all

  • Cilantro water
  • Garlic water
