Our Aged Vinegar are originated from Modena, Italy. They are aged at least 18 years in oak, ash or cherry barrels. Dark balsamic goes through a caramelizing process which gives it a distinctly deep, rich and velvety taste. White balsamic is not caramelized and has a sweeter, clearer taste. No additional sugars are added to our whites.
