What is White Balsamic Vinegar?
White Balsamic Vinegar is made from White Trebbiano grapes, has a sweeter, clearer taste. Produced at a higher pressure and lower temperature than other balsamic which ensure it’s taste and golden glow.

All of our Italian balsamic are made from Trebbiano or Lambrusco grapes and originate from Modena, Italy. They are aged at least 18 years in oak, ash or cherry barrels.
Dark balsamic goes through a process which gives it a distinctly deep, rich and velvety taste. Secolari balsamic vinegar is not caramelized and has a sweeter, clearer taste. No additional sugars are added to our whites which ensures the quality of our white balsamic.
Is White Balsamic Same as Regular Balsamic Vinegar?
The difference between white balsamic and regular balsamic is white balsamic less slightly less-sweet with a golden glow . Produced at a higher pressure and lower temperature.
What is a Good Substitute for White Balsamic?
You can substitute white balsamic with white wine vinegar or rice wine vinegar.
