Carefully hand-picked fruits, herbs and chilies and a gluten free rice vinegar base are placed in small vats. The Mother of Vinegar, a naturally occurring healthy bacteria culture, is added to help fermentation. After several months of mild fermentation, extra-special secret steps are done to ensure the pacific vinegar is bursting with flavor. All of our vinegar are 100% gluten free. Bottle size: 375mL. This wakes you up! Made from a wonderful blend of organic kiwi, ginger, citrus and cayenne pepper, this is an immediate sensory wake-up. First it hits the sweet taste receptors of your tongue, then it starts expanding to fill your whole mouth with a burst of flavor, then it finishes by going down hot like whiskey! It's like a party trick you can show your friends :). I love it with the lime olive oil for a beautiful rush of color....over fish, fish tacos, your dark greens like kale....I marinade my ranch, flank or skirt steak to make the best fajitas with this Pacific Spice vinegar.
