Preheat oven to 400F. Oil a glass baking pan, or use parchment paper.
Place the pears in the dish. Drizzle some honey on top; bake for 10-20 minutes until just tender. Cool slightly; with a teaspoon remove the seeds in the center. Add the blue cheese in the center where the seed were. Top with a walnut.
Serve over a bed of greens with your favorite dressing.
