Zabaglione con Marsala Wine Fragole e Balsamico
Ingredients
For the Strawberries
- 2 pints fresh ripe strawberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar or more to taste
- Secolari Traditional Balsamic
For the Sabayon
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 - 1 cup sweet marsala
Equipment
- a large stainless steel bowl
- a large saucepan of simmering water
- a large whisk
- dessert goblets or glasses
